COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide voluntarily (your e-mail address, your name, address and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your inquiry.

In addition to the use of our website, we also offer various services. In order to provide these respective services, you must generally provide us with further personal data.

We delete the data provided by you in this context after storage is no longer required or restrict processing if statutory retention obligations exist. After expiry of the statutory retention obligations, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use or there is no longer a legal basis for further processing of your data.


DATA COLLECTION WHEN VISITING OUR WEBSITE

When you simply visit our website, i.e. if you do not fill out a contact or order form or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server. We only collect the data that is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure the stability and security of our website. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

As part of order processing and contract fulfillment, we pass on your data to service providers commissioned by us, in particular to shipping companies and credit institutions, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery and payment of the ordered service. For the processing of payments, we pass on the payment data collected to commissioned credit institutions and, if necessary, to commissioned payment service providers. GOOGLE AddThis BOOKMARKING

Our websites also contain AddThis plug-ins. These plug-ins allow you to set bookmarks or share interesting content with other users. Via the plug-ins, we offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of the plug-ins is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

Via these plug-ins, your Internet browser establishes a direct connection with the servers of AddThis and, if applicable, the selected social network or bookmarking service. The recipients receive the information that you have called up the corresponding website of our online offer and the data mentioned under point 1.2 of this declaration. This information is processed on the AddThis servers in the USA. If you send content on our website to social networks or bookmarking services, a connection may be established between your visit to our website and your user profile on the relevant network. We have no influence on the data collected and data processing procedures, nor are we aware of the full scope of data collection, the purposes of processing or the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the data collected by the plug-in provider.

INTEGRATION OF GOOGLE MAPS

We use Google Maps on this website. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.

When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. Google Web Fonts (Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) are implemented on this website, allowing fonts to be displayed online.

When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google’s servers. This gives Google knowledge that our website has been accessed via your IP address. In the event of your justified objection, we will examine the situation and either terminate or adapt the processing of your personal data or inform you of our compelling legitimate grounds on the basis of which we will continue the data processing.
